The Kwajalein Yacht Club met on February 23, 2008 at 6:30pm

KYC Commodore, Ed Zehr:
Welcomed new members and guests.

Yeoman, Shaunna Fleming:
Reading of minutes of previous meeting was waived. They are available online.

Vice Commodore, Monte Junker:
A few new memberships.

Purser, Nina Burnham:
$7,711 in bank account.

Quartermaster, Jim Stepchew:
Happy to be here. Shed siding rotted. Need money to repair.

Ship's Store Report, Richard Russell:
New order soon. Contact if you have a new logo idea.

Race Co-Chairs, Ed Zehr/Mike Turner:
5 boats in last race. Next race Sunday, March 2, with a skipper's meeting at the SBM at 1 P.M.

Cruise Chairman of the Month, ?:
off island

Sunfish King, Tim Hall:
Sunfish regatta set for June 8. There will be free sunfish sailing demonstrations at Spring Fest: Sunday, April 6. Need volunteers for sunfish rides at Music Fest.
